The invention provides a distributed time series database management system and method, and relates to the technical field of database management, and the method comprises the steps: determining a distributed storage technology of a distributed database based on the data characteristics of time series data, and storing historical time series data to obtain first storage data; the authority adjustment module is used for performing data analysis based on the real-time behavior data of the user access time sequence data so as to determine the user authority level and perform authority adjustment; the data analysis module is used for extracting sensitive information in the time sequence data, performing desensitization processing on the basis of the sensitive information, and analyzing and optimizing a data analysis result of the real-time behavior data of the target user on the basis of the desensitization data after desensitization processing; the method is used for determining an optimal index structure based on real-time business requirements of a distributed database, so that index query is performed on the distributed database based on a target user. The management of the database can be more efficient and safer, and the query management efficiency is improved.
