Optical switching unit, optical switching node and optical communication system

Abstract

An optical switching unit, an optical switching node and an optical communication system relate to the technical field of communication. The optical switching node comprises at least one optical switching unit, a plurality of first wave combining and dividing units and a plurality of second wave combining and dividing units. The plurality of first ports of the optical switching unit are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first multiplexing / demultiplexing units, and the plurality of second ports of the optical switching unit are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of second multiplexing / demultiplexing units; the optical switching unit supports switching of optical signals of any wavelength in a target wave band between any first port and any second port; the plurality of first ports comprise N first port groups, N is greater than or equal to 1, and different first wave division ports connected with the first port groups are used for transmitting optical signals with different wavelengths in a target wave band; and when N is greater than 1, the optical switching unit supports switching optical signals of any wavelength in the target wave band between the at least two first port groups and the at least two second port groups. The optical switching unit can solve the problem that the flexibility of the optical switching unit is poor, and is used for switching optical signals.
