Preparation method of modified layered zirconium phosphate antibacterial material

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a modified layered zirconium phosphate antibacterial material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a mixed solution A and a mixed solution B; s2, heating the mixed solution A, dropwise adding the mixed solution B at the same time, carrying out a heating reaction, and separating a product to obtain a nano layered zirconium phosphate carrier; s3, mixing soluble silver salt, a nitrogen-containing compound and water, heating and refluxing, and reacting to obtain a silver complex; s4, mixing the nano layered zirconium phosphate carrier prepared in S2, a stripping agent and water to obtain sol, adding the silver complex prepared in S3 into the sol, and heating for reaction to obtain silver-loaded zirconium phosphate suspension; and S5, adding an acid solution into the silver-loaded zirconium phosphate suspension, uniformly stirring, filtering, washing, drying, and calcining the obtained powder to obtain the modified layered zirconium phosphate antibacterial material. According to the method, a nitrogen-containing compound is complexed with silver ions, and the silver ions are loaded on a carrier in an interlayer insertion manner, so that the stability and weather resistance of the material are improved.
