Electrolytic preparation device and process of high-conductivity ultrafine copper powder

Abstract

The application discloses a high-conductivity superfine copper powder electrolytic preparation device and a process thereof and relates to the technical field of superfine copper powder preparation. The device comprises a separation assembly, and the separation assembly comprises a separation chamber. A screening assembly for distinguishing copper powder with different particle sizes is arranged in the separation chamber. The application controls a starting conveying pump to make high-pressure high-speed airflow enter the separation chamber through the air outlet pipe. The output direction of the airflow is towards the copper powder pile, which blows the copper powder forward to fall on the surface of the receiving plate. The lighter copper powder is taken to the fixed port at a higher position by the airflow, thereby falling into the receiving drawer below the corresponding position. The heavier copper powder is settled under the action of gravity and falls into the fixed port at a lower position, thereby falling into the corresponding receiving drawer. The copper powder with different bulk specific gravities can be distinguished and collected, the separation is more accurate, and the copper powder with different bulk specific gravities can meet the requirements of different application scenarios.
