Method for reactive printing of polyaniline based on aerosol ink jet

Abstract

The invention provides a method for reactive printing of polyaniline based on aerosol inkjet, and belongs to the technical field of inkjet printing. According to the method, an aerosol printing technology is utilized, reactants of polyaniline are prepared into ink and atomized respectively, the two kinds of ink are subjected to a chemical oxidation reaction in the printing and deposition process to generate polyaniline, and polyaniline printing is completed. The flow of the first conveying airflow and the flow of the second conveying airflow can be adjusted through the computer end, so that the ratio of reactants to oxides and the total amount of products are controlled by accurately adjusting and controlling the using amount of the two kinds of ink. In addition, the focusing airflow flow of the aerosol printing head can be adjusted according to needs, so that the overall printing precision is further improved.
