Abstract

The invention provides a low-density parity check code construction method and device and a storage medium. Wherein the method comprises: determining, by a processor of the device, a first basis matrix corresponding to a parity check matrix of a low-density parity check code; determining, by the processor, a plurality of second basis matrices based on the first basis matrix by shifting a plurality of elements of the first basis matrix in at least one of a column direction and a row direction, where each element has a value of 1; and determining, by the processor, the parity check matrix according to the first basis matrix and the second basis matrix. According to the method and the device, the low-density parity check code construction can be better executed.
