Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of water purification and sludge treatment equipment, and particularly discloses a sludge thickening tank for tap water sludge water treatment, which comprises a tank body, a central reaction cylinder is arranged in the middle of the tank body and communicated with a water inlet pipe, the lower part of the tank body is a sludge deposition area, the upper part of the tank body is a clarification area, and the sludge deposition area is communicated with a balance water tank; a plurality of layers of annular water collecting and discharging pipes which are distributed around the inner wall of the tank body are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the clarification area and are all communicated with a main water discharging pipe which is communicated with a recycling water tank; a plurality of water collection holes are formed in the bottom of each layer of annular water collection outlet pipe, the number of the water collection holes in each layer is increased layer by layer from bottom to top, and a plurality of exhaust holes are formed in the top of each layer; except the uppermost layer of annular water collecting and discharging pipe, independent electric butterfly valves are further arranged on each layer below the annular water collecting and discharging pipe. According to the invention, multiple functions of flow regulation, precipitation, sludge concentration and sludge-water separation are integrated, the occupied area is reduced, and the impact effect of non-uniform discharge of sludge-water discharge is resisted.
