Aerogel-based porous composite material for sewage treatment, preparation method and use

Abstract

The present invention provides an aerogel-based porous composite material for wastewater treatment, a preparation method, and uses thereof, comprising: mixing a nanocellulose solution with a cobalt source solution to obtain a precursor solution; dripping an organic ligand solution into the precursor solution under stirring and heating conditions to obtain a reaction solution; uniformly mixing the reaction solution with polyvinyl alcohol, injecting the mixture into a mold for directional freezing, and obtaining an aerogel matrix; and hydrophobically modifying the aerogel matrix. The present invention achieves efficient synergy between physical adsorption and chemical catalysis through the synergistic effect of a nanocellulose skeleton and ZIF-67 crystals, combined with a multi-level pore structure constructed through directional freezing. This material exhibits excellent removal of dyes, hydrocarbon pollutants, and heavy metal ions in complex water bodies such as printing and dyeing wastewater and petrochemical wastewater over a wide pH range (pH = 3-11).
