Aqueous aerogel heat-insulation thick intermediate coat and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a water-based aerogel heat-insulation thick intermediate coat and a preparation method thereof. The waterborne aerogel heat-insulating thick intermediate coat is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 12 to 14 parts of modified hollow glass beads, 6 to 8 parts of aerogel particles, 5 parts of elastic acrylic emulsion, 20 to 25 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.5 part of hydrophobic fumed silica, 0 to 2 parts of cross-linking agent, 2 parts of auxiliary agent, 1 to 2 parts of film-forming agent, 0.3 part of pH regulator and 45 to 50 parts of deionized water. Wherein the particle size of the aerogel particles is 600 [mu] m; the preparation method of the modified hollow glass beads comprises the following steps: cleaning the hollow glass beads with acetone or ethanol, adding the hollow glass beads and gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane into a 25% ethanol solution according to a mass ratio of 100: 1, uniformly mixing, adding a modifier, and stirring at 1500-2000 rpm for 10 min to obtain the modified hollow glass beads.
