Abstract

The application relates to a DRC test result verification method, device and equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: executing a test case based on a tool to be tested to obtain a test report of a circuit to be tested, and acquiring a standard result file corresponding to the circuit to be tested; a matching instruction is established based on a preset test exception, wherein the test report is adapted to establish a test matching instruction, and the standard result file is adapted to establish a standard matching instruction; corresponding test results are grabbed from the test report based on the test matching instruction, and corresponding standard results are grabbed from the standard result file based on the standard matching instruction; the test results and the standard results for the same test exception are matched, and if it is detected that the matching is successful, it is judged that the test result of the tool to be tested is correct. The method can efficiently determine the test accuracy of the self-developed tool to be tested.
