The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of data storage, and discloses a video data storage method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the packaging of the preset frame number of video frame data of each target video channel and time information, and generating a first data package; storing the first data packet corresponding to each target video channel into a preset cache space; and taking out the first data packets in the cache space according to a preset time interval, and writing each first data packet into a video file corresponding to the target video channel. According to the method and the device, the video data are orderly organized according to the video channel and the time information when being stored. Based on the ordered data organization mode, subsequent data retrieval, playback and analysis are facilitated, so that the required video data can be quickly positioned according to the video channel and the time information.
