Application of pagkin10 gene in regulating poplar growth and development

Abstract

The application discloses application of a PagKIN10 gene in regulating growth and development of poplar, belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering, and provides the application of the PagKIN10 gene in regulating growth and development of poplar, and a nucleotide sequence of the PagKIN10 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. The application of the PagKIN10 gene in improving saccharification efficiency of poplar is to improve the saccharification efficiency of the poplar by overexpressing the PagKIN10 gene. The application can not only promote rapid growth of the poplar, but also optimize the cell wall structure of the poplar and significantly improve the saccharification efficiency by overexpressing the PagKIN10 gene.
