Abstract

This application relates to the field of surgical scalpel technology, and particularly to a flap removal scalpel. The flap removal scalpel includes a blade body and an annular blade. The blade body has an annular groove for mounting the annular blade. A telescopic drive mechanism is provided within the blade body.
