Moringa oleifera leaf phenolic substance extraction method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting phenolic substances from horseradish tree leaves and application of the phenolic substances. The method comprises the following steps: drying, grinding and sieving moringa oleifera leaves to obtain moringa oleifera leaf powder; mixing the moringa oleifera leaf powder with a DES solution, performing ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging to obtain supernate, and purifying to obtain the moringa oleifera leaf phenolic substance. According to the method, a deep eutectic solvent (DES) is combined with ultrasonic-assisted extraction (UAE) to extract the bioactive compound from the horseradish tree leaves, the extraction amount of the DES solvent provided by the invention on TPC and TFC is higher than that of a traditional organic reagent (70% ethanol), and the DES extract has relatively good biological activity; after in-vitro simulated digestion, it is determined that the DES extracted phenolic substances have good oxidation resistance and hangover-alleviating and liver-protecting performance.
