Coal mill hydraulic system with intelligent switching device

Abstract

The invention provides a coal mill hydraulic system with an intelligent switching device. The coal mill hydraulic system comprises a state real-time monitoring unit, a closed-loop control module, an intelligent switching module, a self-adaptive switching algorithm unit, a composite filtering module and a fault self-diagnosis module. The state real-time monitoring module is used for acquiring data of coal quantity, oil pressure, viscosity, pollution degree and water content in real time; the closed-loop control module dynamically adjusts the opening of the overflow valve according to the coal quantity and the oil pressure; the intelligent switching module is combined with a self-adaptive switching algorithm unit to analyze oil quality and pressure deviation, and a mode switching instruction is generated; the composite filtering module automatically adjusts the filtering precision and performs self-cleaning; the fault self-diagnosis module identifies abnormity through waveform analysis and triggers redundancy switching; the problems that in the prior art, control precision is poor, mode switching is not intelligent, a filtering system is prone to being blocked, and fault diagnosis is not timely can be effectively solved, and the intelligent level and operation reliability of the coal mill hydraulic system are greatly improved.
