An adjustable air heat exchanger

Abstract

The present invention discloses an adjustable air heat exchanger, comprising a housing, two heat conducting plates disposed within the housing, a heat exchange fin tube fixed between the two heat conducting plates, one end of the heat exchange fin tube being an air inlet and the other end being an air outlet. The present invention relates to the field of air heat exchange technology. The adjustable air heat exchanger, through the provision of a pipeline stepping movement mechanism, automatically adjusts the amount of air inlet pipe protrusion into the heat exchange fin tube. By changing the air inlet position in the heat exchange fin tube, the heat exchange time using the heat exchange fin tube is changed, thereby achieving the purpose of freely controlling the heat exchange efficiency. When the air inlet pipe protrudes further, the distance the air passes through the heat exchange fin tube is shorter, the heat exchange time is shorter, and the heat exchange efficiency is lower. When the air inlet pipe protrudes further, the distance the air passes through the heat exchange fin tube is longer, the heat exchange time is longer, and the heat exchange efficiency is higher. The adjustable air heat exchanger can be adaptively adjusted according to the external ambient temperature, air flow rate, or heat exchange requirements.
