Abstract

The invention relates to the photovoltaic field, in particular to a solar cell, a cell module and a photovoltaic system, and the back surface of the solar cell is sequentially provided with a doping layer and a passivation layer in a stacked mode in the direction away from the back surface; and / or, a doping layer and a passivation layer are sequentially stacked on the front surface of the solar cell in the direction away from the front surface; the passivation layer is provided with a light spot along the thickness direction, and the fine grid is arranged on one side, deviating from the doping layer, of the passivation layer and is electrically connected with the doping layer through the light spot; the width of the fine grid is smaller than the size of the light spot along the width direction of the fine grid, and the projection of the fine grid on the surface of the solar cell is partially overlapped with the projection of the light spot on the surface of the solar cell. Therefore, electric connection between the fine grids and the light spots can be ensured, meanwhile, the area occupied by the fine grids on the surface of the solar cell is reduced, light shielding by the fine grids is reduced, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency can be improved.
