Welding device and method based on lithium battery electrode column machining

Abstract

The invention discloses a welding device and method based on lithium battery electrode column machining, and relates to the technical field of lithium battery electrode column machining. The device comprises a lithium battery collector plate and a console arranged on a supporting seat, the collector plate is provided with two metal seats used for being matched with electrode column welding, and the device further comprises a welding position adjusting unit which comprises a position adjusting assembly and a welding assembly; the central positioning unit comprises a placing assembly and a position adjusting assembly; the hydraulic control rod is used for adjusting the distance between the welding position adjusting unit and the center positioning unit, and efficient welding of the electrode column is achieved. The device has the advantages that the relative position between the electrode column and the collector plate metal seat can be flexibly adjusted during welding, so that the electrode column and the metal seat are kept in centerline alignment, and the accuracy of the welding position between the electrode column and the metal seat is ensured; and meanwhile, the surrounding type welding mode is adopted, so that the two electrode columns can be comprehensively welded at the same time, the welding efficiency is higher, and welding is firmer.
