Abstract

The invention discloses a 3D printing wax supply system and a wax supply method, the 3D printing wax supply system comprises a plurality of printing nozzles, the printing nozzles are provided with ink cavities, and the ink cavities are provided with first inlets and first outlets; the liquid path system comprises a liquid conveying device, a first-stage ink bag and a plurality of second-stage ink bags, the multiple first inlets are connected with the first-stage ink bag, and the multiple first outlets are connected with the multiple second-stage ink bags in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the air path system comprises a first-stage negative pressure structure and a second-stage negative pressure structure, the first-stage negative pressure structure is used for providing first-stage negative pressure for the first-stage ink bag, the second-stage negative pressure structure is used for providing second-stage negative pressure for the second-stage ink bags, and the negative pressure value of the first-stage negative pressure is smaller than that of the second-stage negative pressure. The wax liquid in the first-stage ink bag can flow to the second-stage ink bag through the ink cavity, the wax liquid in the second-stage ink bag can be conveyed back to the first-stage ink bag through the liquid conveying device, the wax liquid circularly flows, the temperature of the wax liquid at all positions is uniform, and the viscosity is uniform. According to the wax supply method, the 3D printing wax supply system is used for supplying wax to the printing nozzle.
