Abstract

The invention discloses a K-band dual-circularly-polarized oscillator antenna array, and belongs to the technical field of phased-array antennas. The circuit comprises an upper-layer metal substrate, an HTCC ceramic plate and a lower-layer metal substrate, the upper-layer metal substrate and the lower-layer metal substrate are each internally provided with a plurality of cavities arranged in an array mode, and the positions, corresponding to the cavities, in the HTCC ceramic plate are each provided with an equal-phase output circuit and a 90-degree bridge circuit; an oscillator antenna is arranged in each cavity of the upper layer metal substrate, and an SMPM connector is arranged in each cavity of the lower layer metal substrate. According to the invention, the cross oscillator is combined with the 90-degree bridge technology to realize dual circular polarization, the symmetrical wide arm structure is adopted to broaden the bandwidth of the antenna, the bandwidth of the antenna reaches 20.5%, the circular polarization axial ratio in the frequency band range is less than 1.2 dB, and the antenna has the characteristic of miniaturization.
