A device for testing the stickiness of blank labels

Abstract

The present invention discloses a device for testing the adhesion of blank labels, which relates to the technical field of adhesion testing equipment, including a test device body, a hook fixedly connected to the top wall of the test device body, a weight with a hook placed on the bottom wall of the test device body, and also including: a rolling reset mechanism and a convenient clamping mechanism. Through the setting of the rolling reset mechanism, utilizing the design of a rotating support plate, a fixed frame, a first reset spring and a pressure roller, under the counterclockwise rotation of the rotating support plate, multiple blank labels are synchronously lifted up and positioned on the upper surface of the horizontal rotating support plate, and the moving rod is unlocked, and the contraction effect of the first reset spring is cooperated with the pressure roller to fully roll the blank labels on the rotating support plate to ensure that all parts of the blank labels can be treated in the same way, effectively avoiding the overall adhesion performance of the blank labels being affected due to insufficient compaction of some areas, and making the test results more representative and accurate.
