Dispatching management method and system for commutator production of new energy vehicle

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of dispatch management, and discloses a dispatch management method and system for new energy vehicle commutator production. First, an employee skill and availability database is constructed, which integrates employee basic information and skill archives in the human resource management system and real-time state data of the attendance system. Based on this database, a standardized process-skill mapping table is defined to clearly define the skill requirements of each process. When facing tasks to be allocated, the mapping table is used to filter out a list of qualified candidate employees that meet the preset conditions, taking into account factors such as proficiency level, validity of qualification certificates, and current availability of employees. Finally, the list of qualified candidate employees is analyzed by a task allocation decision module to generate an optimal task-employee allocation scheme. In this way, through a systematic evaluation and dynamic matching mechanism, each process can be accurately matched to the most suitable employee, effectively solving the problem of human resource allocation and improving production efficiency and flexibility.
