Two-dimensional integrating mirror suitable for collimating light source incidence and design method thereof

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of light field regulation, and discloses a two-dimensional integrating mirror suitable for collimated light source incidence and a design method thereof. The reflecting surface of the two-dimensional integrating mirror is composed of M*N sub-surface patches, each of which is defined by a parameter equation, and the overall mirror surface is continuous and smooth. The incident light emitted by the collimated light source is divided and reflected by the sub-surfaces, and uniform light spots are obtained by superposition in the target area. The design method introduces a target flip mapping strategy and an area conservation constraint, improves the degree of freedom of the design, ensures the smoothness of the mirror surface, realizes the uniform shaping of light spots of any spatial position and any shape and size, and significantly improves the processing feasibility and design flexibility of the mirror surface. The integrating mirror is suitable for laser cladding, quenching, welding and other laser processing scenes with high requirements for light spot uniformity, and has good engineering practicability and customization ability.
