Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of image processing, in particular to a railway track sliding bed plate disassembly displacement detection method and system. The method comprises the following steps: synchronously collecting multi-dimensional data of sliding bed plate vibration frequency, vibration amplitude, sliding bed plate stress and sliding bed plate image through multiple sensors; grouping the multi-dimensional data according to train running direction, load type, passing time sequence and track section position to generate a basic data set containing space-time correlation; obtaining vibration signals, synchronously collecting image sequences and establishing a mapping relationship between vibration signals and image features; when the vibration waveform feature offset exceeds a preset threshold or the image deformation area growth rate exceeds a reference value, independently triggering a preliminary warning. The present application provides a railway track sliding bed plate disassembly displacement detection method and system, realizes disassembly displacement detection and risk warning based on multi-modal data fusion and dynamic correlation analysis, and avoids train operation accidents caused by sliding bed plate failure.
