Abstract

The invention discloses a call method and a call device. Belongs to the technical field of communication. An embodiment of the method includes: receiving a first input of a user; in response to the first input, establishing a call connection with a communication opposite terminal corresponding to the target customer service telephone number; identifying the intention of the voice broadcast content broadcasted by the communication opposite terminal; based on the intention and the voice broadcast content, generating a first operation instruction for requesting to switch over the manual customer service; and communicating with the communication opposite end according to the first operation instruction.
