Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, and provides a puncture needle navigation auxiliary positioning system, which comprises a puncture path planning module used for pasting a positioning marker near a focus according to a preoperative CT image of a patient, identifying the positioning marker through the CT image, reconstructing a 3D model of the focus part, making an operation plan based on the CT image, and planning a puncture path; the coordinate system registration module is used for performing coordinate system registration of the CT image coordinate system and the optical coordinate system based on the positioning marker so as to realize coordinate registration of the puncture target under the optical coordinate system and the CT image coordinate system during auxiliary positioning of the puncture needle; and the puncture needle auxiliary positioning module is used for positioning a puncture needle auxiliary positioning device to a puncture target under the guidance of the optical detector based on a preoperative planned puncture path, fixing the puncture needle by adopting the puncture needle auxiliary positioning device, and positioning the position and the angle of the puncture needle at the same time. According to the scheme, real-time image fusion navigation and rigid pose locking support are realized at the same time.
