On-line cleaning system and method for rock salt mine injection well fresh water filter

Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line cleaning system and method for a rock salt mine injection well fresh water filter, and belongs to the technical field of well and rock salt exploiting.The cleaning system comprises a filter body, N-stage filter plates are arranged in the filter body, and the filter body is divided into a plurality of filter cavities through which fresh water sequentially passes through by the N-stage filter plates; the filter body is further provided with a cleaning water input pipe and a cleaning water discharge pipe, the filter cavities located on the two sides of the filter plate are communicated with the cleaning water input pipe and the cleaning water discharge pipe respectively, and cleaning water input from the cleaning water input pipe is discharged from the cleaning water discharge pipe after cleaning the filter plate. Cleaning water penetrates through the filter plate and the flowing direction is opposite to that of the filtered fresh water; the cleaning water input pipe is provided with an inlet control valve; the cleaning water discharge pipe is provided with an outlet control valve; the cleaning water input pipe is connected with a cleaning pump. The system can completely overcome the problems of low efficiency, long time consumption, many potential safety hazards, high environmental protection risk and the like caused by manual off-line cleaning in the prior art.
