Abstract

The invention discloses a vulcanized metallic soap heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride, and a preparation method and a composition thereof. The stabilizer comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-85% of a main stabilizer and 15-90% of a synergistic stabilizer, the zinc oleate soap containing thioether and a continuous sulfur structure is used as a heat stabilizer, the molecular weight of the stabilizer is large, the compatibility with PVC is good, and the stabilizer is not prone to being migrated out of a matrix to generate the blooming phenomenon. Thioether bonds and continuous sulfur can absorb HCl generated by PVC thermal decomposition to form mercaptan, the thermal stability is enhanced, and a PVC composition product prepared by taking the thioether bonds and continuous sulfur as a stabilizer is lighter in color, small in smell and more environmentally friendly.
