Abstract

According to the detection equipment reliability judgment method, the pole piece detection method and the detection device, the detection equipment is used for detecting the surface density of a coating of a pole piece, the pole piece comprises a current collector, the judgment method comprises the steps that the mapping relation between the measured surface density of the coating and the true value surface density is obtained, and the measured surface density is obtained through detection of the detection equipment; the current collector is coated with a first coating, the first measurement surface density of the first coating is obtained through measurement of the detection equipment, and the first measurement surface density is substituted into the mapping relation to obtain the first true value surface density; acquiring a second true value surface density of the first coating; and determining whether the detection equipment is reliable or not according to a difference value between the first true value surface density and the second true value surface density. Whether the detection equipment is reliable or not is determined by comparing the difference between the first true value surface density and the second true value surface density, if the result of the detection equipment is reliable, the surface density of the coating of the pole piece can be directly obtained through the detection equipment so as to determine the uniformity of the double-layer coating, and then the quality of the battery cell pole piece is protected.
