Controlling the stirring structure to stir, acquiring a second detection image of the reagent bottle, and controlling the waste liquid discharge structure to discharge the waste liquid after determining that the blue color of the solution is completely faded according to the second detection image and counting related data; due to the fact that automatic detection is basically carried out in the whole process, manual involved steps are few, and the detection effect is prevented from being affected.
