The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted connectors, and particularly provides a double-end floating connector and a connector assembly, the double-end floating connector comprises a floating shell and a floating power connection terminal, and the floating shell is provided with a mounting through hole; the floating power connection terminal is arranged in the mounting through hole, the two axial ends of the floating power connection terminal are each provided with a power connection elastic arm, the number of the power connection elastic arms at each end is at least two, the at least two power connection elastic arms are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the floating power connection terminal and define a plug-in hole, and the plug-in hole is used for mounting a target plug-in pin; wherein the power connection elastic arm is obliquely arranged, so that the radial size of the first hole section is gradually reduced in the target direction, and at least part of the inner wall surface of the insertion hole abuts against the outer wall surface of the target insertion pin; the first hole section is the hole section of the insertion hole corresponding to the power connection elastic arm, and the target direction is the direction from the fixed end of the power connection elastic arm to the free end of the power connection elastic arm.
