Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of injection molding equipment and the fields of electronics, optics, medicine and the like, in particular to a micro-structure plastic product extrusion and injection molding integrated forming injection device and method based on cross-scale vibration assistance. The plasticizer is connected with the injector through a connecting channel with independent temperature control, the plasticizer shears and heats plastic particles entering the plasticizer into polymer melt and injects the polymer melt into the injector through the connecting channel, and the injector is provided with a cross-scale vibration system and a plunger in control connection with the cross-scale vibration system. The cross-scale vibration system is used for generating a vibration force field acting on the polymer melt and extruding the polymer melt into a mold cavity through a plunger. According to the device disclosed by the invention, by controlling the ultrasonic vibration power, the mechanical vibration frequency and the mechanical vibration amplitude, the micro-form improvement of a multi-component polymer in a multi-element scene is realized, and the performance of a micro injection molding product is improved.
