Abstract

This application relates to the field of UAV power line inspection and safety monitoring technology, and discloses a UAV power line inspection safety supervision and emergency response system. The system includes a multimodal spatiotemporal fusion module, a hierarchical anti-interference control module, a federated collaborative decision-making module, a cross-domain dynamic coupling module, and a closed-loop verification module. The method includes constructing an environmental perception map through multi-source data fusion, achieving stable flight under electromagnetic interference using hierarchical anti-interference control, dynamically generating emergency commands using federated reinforcement learning, optimizing control parameters using cross-domain coupling, and driving system iterative upgrades through closed-loop feedback, comprehensively improving inspection safety and emergency response efficiency in complex environments. This invention suppresses electromagnetic interference through hierarchical anti-interference control, improves defect location accuracy through multimodal fusion, optimizes emergency response priorities through federated reinforcement learning, enhances system robustness through cross-domain coupling, and drives self-optimization through closed-loop iteration, achieving synergy between UAV power line inspection safety supervision and emergency response.
