Tobacco appearance quality control method based on micro-environment intelligent maintenance and related equipment

Abstract

The application discloses a tobacco appearance quality control method based on a micro-environment intelligent maintenance and related equipment, and constructs a tobacco appearance quality control model, wherein, by using an appearance feature extraction network, time sequence data of the appearance of tobacco is subjected to feature extraction based on aligned time stamps, so that features reflecting changes in the appearance of tobacco are obtained; by using an environment feature extraction network, time sequence data of the environment where the tobacco is located is subjected to feature extraction based on the aligned time stamps, so that features of changes in the environment are obtained. The appearance change features and the environment change features are mapped to a control network for appearance quality change analysis, the change relationship between the refined appearance change features and the environment change features based on the aligned time stamps is used to find the influence of the appearance quality change, the environment parameters are adjusted based on the appearance quality change analysis, the appearance quality change speed of the tobacco is accurately controlled, and the tobacco is in the best appearance state when used.
