A plug-resistant connector processing packaging apparatus and processing technology

Abstract

The application discloses a processing and packaging device and a processing technology for a plug-resistant connector. The device comprises a front-stage assembly module for processing and feeding a mounting rack, a pin and an outer shell body, and a rear-stage packaging and detecting module for detecting and packaging a finished product. The front-stage assembly module further comprises a mounting rack conveying module for feeding and conveying the mounting rack, and a pin feeding and conveying module arranged on one side of the mounting rack conveying module and used for feeding the pin. The pin feeding and conveying module is used for feeding the pin and inserting the pin into the mounting rack to form a semi-finished product. In the technical scheme, the pin is placed into the mounting rack by using an automatic device, and manual installation of the pin by workers is avoided, so that installation errors and errors of the pin are avoided. The pin is accurately aligned by using a pin leveling module, and the pin is bent by using a pin overturning and bending module, so that manual bending of the pin by workers is avoided, the processing is more accurate, and the processing efficiency is improved.
