Integrated medicine delivery and tapping machine for rubber trees

Abstract

This invention discloses an integrated rubber tree tapping and injection machine, comprising a handheld device, a needle storage device, an integrated needle, a telescopic needle pusher, and a liquid supply device. The integrated needle has multiple components, each installed within a needle storage cavity, including a hollow steel needle, a steel needle clamp, and a drug reservoir arranged sequentially from front to back, all internally connected. The hollow steel needle is detachably installed at the front end of the steel needle clamp, and the drug reservoir is fixed at the rear end of the steel needle clamp. The drug reservoir is magnetically fixed within the needle storage cavity, and the hollow steel needle and steel needle clamp are located at the front of the needle storage device. This invention provides a novel device employing an integrated needle with multiple functions, including wood breaking and drilling, drug injection, and rubber absorption and guidance. Compared to existing technologies that require multiple tools and steps to achieve multiple functions, this multi-functional integrated tool has advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation, and high work efficiency.
