Automatic picking equipment for edible fungi

Abstract

The present application relates to the field of edible mushroom picking, and particularly relates to an automatic edible mushroom picking device, which aims at the problems of low picking efficiency and slow material returning speed of the picking device in the prior art, and proposes the following scheme, which comprises: a supporting part comprising a base and a supporting column rotatably connected to the top surface of the base, wherein an upper feeding position, a picking position and a lower discharging position are arranged above the base; a material fixing part comprising a mounting plate fixed to the top of the supporting column and a plurality of material placing mechanisms mounted to the outer periphery of the mounting plate, wherein each material placing mechanism comprises two fixed plates fixed to the outer periphery of the mounting plate, a hollow placing disc rotatably connected between the two fixed plates, a inserting rod fixed to the center of the top surface of the placing disc, and a limiting plate fixed between the two fixed plates for lifting the placing disc. The present application can not only complete the picking work with high efficiency, but also automatically return the picked mushroom sticks, thereby greatly reducing the operation difficulty and labor intensity of the workers.
