Automobile part stamping device and stamping method

Abstract

The invention provides an automobile part stamping device and method. The automobile part stamping device comprises a stamping supporting seat, the upper surface of the stamping supporting seat is connected with a lower die, the outer portion of the stamping supporting seat is connected with a supporting frame, the top end of the supporting frame is connected with an air cylinder, and the output end of the air cylinder is connected with an upper die; the upper die is located at the top end of the lower die. The upper mold and the lower mold are connected with the heat dissipation mechanism; the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a first heat dissipation sleeve connected to the outer portion of the upper mold, a second heat dissipation sleeve connected to the outer portion of the lower mold and a liquid conveying assembly connected with the first heat dissipation sleeve and the second heat dissipation sleeve. According to the heat dissipation mechanism, a liquid cooling and air cooling combined dual heat dissipation mode is adopted, a dual heat dissipation path of mold heat dissipation and cooling liquid cooling is formed, and compared with a traditional single heat dissipation mode, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
