Making method of dried potato slices

Abstract

The invention discloses a making method of dried potato slices. The making method comprises the following steps: cleaning potato peels, cooking the whole potatoes thoroughly, cooling with cold water, peeling off the peels, slicing and drying. According to the method, the whole potatoes are cured, cooled with peels, peeled, sliced and dried, so that the problems of environmental pollution and nutrition loss caused by browning during processing after peeling of the potatoes are avoided, and a new method is provided for processing of the potatoes.
