Metallized silver paste suitable for efficient TBC battery and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses metallized silver paste suitable for an efficient TBC battery and a preparation method of the metallized silver paste. The metallized silver paste comprises 85-93 wt% of silver powder, 0.8-4.0 wt% of glass powder, 0.5-1.5 wt% of an inorganic additive and 8-9 wt% of an organic carrier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials of resin, an organic solvent, a dispersing agent and an auxiliary agent, mixing and stirring, heating and stirring at a constant temperature of 50-90 DEG C for 1-4 hours, dispersing at 400-600 rpm, and then standing and cooling to obtain an organic carrier; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the organic carrier, the silver powder, the glass powder and the inorganic additive, uniformly stirring for 2-3 hours at the stirring speed of 400-600rpm by using a machine, and rolling for 6-8 times by using a three-roller grinder until the fineness of the paste is qualified, thereby obtaining the metallized silver paste suitable for the efficient TBC battery. The metallized silver paste prepared by the invention has the characteristics of excellent contact, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, good reliability and the like.
