Multi-channel parallel liquid cooling cabinet for high-density servers

Abstract

The application relates to the field of computers and auxiliary devices, and discloses a multi-channel parallel liquid cooling cabinet for high-density servers, which comprises a server cabinet body and a multi-channel liquid cooling heat dissipation cabinet, a liquid leakage detection mechanism, the liquid leakage detection mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the multi-channel liquid cooling heat dissipation cabinet, the liquid leakage detection mechanism is used for detecting the liquid leakage condition of the parallel liquid cooling mechanism, and the liquid leakage detection mechanism comprises a liquid leakage detection plate, a flow guide plate, a liquid leakage collection cylinder, a liquid level switch, a powder coating, a flow guide opening and a support frame. In the application, the powder coating trace and the liquid level switch alarm are combined to realize graded response to the liquid leakage amount. When the liquid leakage amount is small, the powder coating provides early warning; when the liquid leakage amount increases, the liquid level switch triggers an alarm and sends out sound and light alarms. The graded alarm mechanism enables the management personnel to handle the liquid leakage condition, thereby improving the response efficiency.
