Application of lignin-based reducing agent in enhancing activity of cracking polysaccharide monooxygenase

Abstract

The invention relates to an application of a lignin-based reducing agent in enhancing the activity of cracking polysaccharide monooxygenase, and belongs to the technical field of biomass conversion and biological catalysis. The lignin-based reducing agent is obtained by stirring and heating a mixture of corncobs and glycerol, and carrying out solid-liquid separation, primary washing, static settlement, centrifugation, secondary settlement and drying. The weight-average molecular weight of the lignin-based reducing agent is smaller than 2900 g / mol, the polydispersity index is smaller than 2.1, the total hydroxyl content is higher than 4.9 mmol / g, the S unit content is smaller than 36%, and the lignin-based reducing agent shows a better effect in the oxidation reaction of synergistic cracking polysaccharide monooxygenase (LPMO) as a reducing agent.
