High-pressure common rail system suitable for aviation piston engine, control method and device

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-pressure common rail system suitable for an aviation piston engine and a control method and device. The system comprises a fuel rail, a plurality of fuel injectors, a fuel feed pump and a controller, the fuel rail is provided with a rail cavity, a pressure detection mechanism is arranged in the rail cavity, and the fuel injectors are connected with the fuel rail. The oil supply pump comprises an oil pump mounting seat, a plunger pump body which is arranged on the oil pump mounting seat and is provided with a plunger cavity, a telescopic plunger structure which is arranged in the plunger cavity, an oil inlet structure which is arranged on the plunger pump body and is communicated with the plunger cavity, and an oil outlet valve structure which is arranged on the plunger pump body and is communicated with the top end of the plunger cavity, the plunger telescopic driving piece is arranged at the bottom of the plunger pump body and connected with the telescopic plunger structure, and the plunger stroke adjusting mechanism is arranged on the oil pump mounting base and connected with the telescopic plunger structure. The controller is connected with the pressure detection mechanism, the oil sprayer and the oil supply pump. The device has the characteristics of simplified structure, light weight, low cost, convenience in maintenance and capability of stably working under high pressure.
