Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic thickness gauge of a plastic film and a thickness measuring method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of film body thickness measuring devices and method.The automatic thickness gauge comprises a driving roller, a first guide wheel is arranged between the driving roller and a conveying line, and one end of the conveying line is connected with a winding roller in the film conveying direction; the conveying line is installed on the frame, extends in the preset direction and is used for bearing and conveying a thin film. The first thickness measuring mechanism comprises two-way electric push rods arranged on side plates at the two ends of the first guide wheel, a push plate at one end of each two-way electric push rod is connected with first sliding blocks at the two ends through first swing rods, and each first sliding block is connected with a strip-shaped groove in the height direction of the fixing plate. The technical problems that when a film needs to be correspondingly positioned and clamped, a corresponding static state needs to be kept, time is consumed, meanwhile, the working efficiency is reduced, particulate matter on the film or the flatness cannot meet the corresponding requirement, and consequently the measurement precision is poor can be solved.
