Abstract

The invention provides a portable dangerous chemical accident hazard prediction and early-warning system, and the system comprises a multi-sensor data collection module which collects the environment information and video information of an accident scene in real time, and comprises a sensor which is disposed on the scene in advance, and a portable sensor which is connected with a portable prediction and early-warning PAD; the rear research and judgment platform is used for receiving and processing the acquired environment information and video information, petrochemical enterprise alarm information, hazardous chemical substance distribution information, fire-fighting equipment and protection target distribution information, related department information and the like, carrying out accident situation prediction and pushing prediction and early warning information to the portable prediction and early warning PAD; the portable prediction and early warning PAD is connected with the rear research and judgment platform in real time through wireless communication, receives prediction and early warning information and resource deployment and scheduling information pushed by the rear research and judgment platform, and feeds back field information and resource deployment and scheduling conditions to the rear research and judgment platform. According to the invention, the on-site emergency rescue capability and efficiency can be improved.
