Abstract

This application provides an electrical stimulation rehabilitation training system and method for neurosurgical nursing. The system involves acquiring multiple electromyographic (EMG) signals from the unaffected side of the target patient; selecting one EMG signal as the selected signal; determining multiple movement states of the unaffected side of the target patient based on the density of time-frequency points within each time-frequency window of the selected EMG signal; decomposing the sub-signal segments corresponding to the selected EMG signal in each movement state into multiple EMG components; further determining multiple EMG components of the remaining EMG signals; determining the firing time sequence of different motor units during movement based on all EMG components in the same movement state; generating multiple electrical stimulation pulse signals based on the cepstral entropy of all firing time sequences; and applying electrical stimulation to the affected side of the target patient using all electrical stimulation pulse signals. Using this method, the synchronization between the patient's movement intention and the stimulation on the affected side can be improved.
