Degradable plastic modified thermoplastic polyurethane material and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention provides a degradable plastic modified thermoplastic polyurethane material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials. A melt blending method is adopted, TPU is mixed with the flame retardant and the auxiliaries, the degradable plastic is added as a modifier, and the tensile strength, the elongation at break, the elastic modulus, the thermal stability, the flame retardance and the surface appearance of the prepared material are adjusted by adjusting the dosage of the flame retardant and the type and dosage of the degradable plastic and cooperating with the auxiliary effect of the auxiliaries. Therefore, the degradable plastic modified thermoplastic polyurethane material with excellent flame retardance and thermal stability, excellent mechanical properties and degradability is prepared, and the requirements of modern industry for high-performance and environment-friendly materials are met.
