SIR-based miniaturized microwave filtering balun

Abstract

The invention discloses an SIR-based miniaturized microwave filtering balun, which can be processed by adopting processes such as a PCB (Printed Circuit Board), a semiconductor and low-temperature co-fired ceramic, and comprises two metal layers and a dielectric layer, the dielectric layer is arranged between the two metal layers and is used for connecting the upper metal layer and the lower metal layer; the lower layer is a metal layer which is a grounding layer and comprises a grounding metal plate; the upper layer is a structural layer and comprises a DBSSIR, a plurality of FFSIRs and a plurality of feed ports; the plurality of FFSIRs are symmetrically arranged, and the side coupling surfaces of the FFSIRs are symmetrically cascaded with the phase contrast coupling points of the DBSSIRs; and the plurality of feed ports are respectively connected with the DBSSIR and the plurality of FFSIRs for data input and output. The invention provides a design technology of a miniaturized microwave balun with a filtering function based on an SIR. The miniaturized microwave balun can realize a high-performance filtering function, a high-amplitude-phase consistency balanced / unbalanced signal conversion function and a miniaturization function at the same time.
