Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of steel pipe processing, and discloses a multi-stage polishing machine for inner wall and a method thereof, which comprises two bases connected through bolts on the side edges, a polishing mechanism for polishing the inner wall of the steel pipe through polishing pieces, and an adjusting mechanism arranged on one of the bases and driven to move and adjust the position of the corresponding polishing mechanism through a mounting shaft and a second spur gear. The sliding plates in the mounting grooves on the mounting cylinder are respectively provided with polishing mechanisms with polishing pieces of different mesh numbers, and the mounting shafts in the mounting grooves are driven to rotate by the driving mechanism to move the sliding plates up and down, thereby moving the polishing mechanisms up and down. The polishing pieces of different mesh numbers can be close to the inner wall of the stainless steel pipe, the inner wall of the stainless steel pipe can be polished in multiple stages, and the polishing pieces of different mesh numbers can be conveniently switched, thereby improving the polishing effect.
