Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum alloy casting, and particularly relates to a heat-treatment-free aluminum alloy casting preparation device which comprises a carrying table, a movable mold and a fixed mold are arranged at the top of the carrying table, positioning blocks with positioning holes formed in the surfaces are fixed to the two side walls of the movable mold and the two side walls of the fixed mold correspondingly, and the heat-treatment-free aluminum alloy casting preparation device further comprises a locking assembly. The bottom of the driving assembly is connected with a lifting assembly, and the two sides of the top of the driving assembly are connected with pressing rods through rotating assemblies. When a pressing rod ascends to enter a positioning hole of a positioning block, a gear ascends and acts with a rack, so that a rotating shaft is driven to rotate, a worm rotates, then a worm wheel rotates, the pressing rod is driven to rotate by 90 degrees, and therefore the pressing rod can rotate an abutting face to one side when lifting the positioning hole; therefore, the abutting face used last time can be replaced every time abutting is carried out, so that different faces are used for applying pressure, and the internal stress generated by the pressing rod is uniform.
